Client Guidelines & Cancellation Policy

Online booking is available for most services. Note, when you are booking online, you can only book for one person at a time. If you are booking for a group, we recommend giving us a call at 603-643-3764.

Pricing is based on individual client needs. Final pricing will be quoted during service consultation. One complimentary drink is offered with service. Please turn off your cell phone in treatment area. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees. Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Schedule in advance to ensure availability. A credit card is required when booking.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Appointment cancellations may be done through your online account, via email at SpaandSalon@RiverValleyClub.com, in person, or by phone at (603) 643-3764. Cancellations by text or voicemail are not accepted. Please work with directly with a person to confirm your cancellation has been made.

Services are reserved for ages 16 and over. Children may not be present in treatment rooms.

Active Credit Card Required

All appointments require an active credit card on file, or the appointment has to be prepaid.

If your appointment is booked without a credit card on file, we will try and contact you via phone/email. If we can’t get ahold of you 1 week before your appointment, the appointment will be released for another client.
