COVID-19 Staff Cleaning & Disinfecting Checklist

Use disposable gloves to disinfect between clients, throw gloves away each time.

Clean and disinfect all surfaces, tables, chairs, shields, other equipment, workstations, and common areas between each client.

Disinfect anything the client came in contact with, including electrical implements, cradle, stool, door knobs, side tables, chairs, etc. and following RVC protocols for cleaning and disinfecting.

Do not shake dirty laundry. Put your apron in the closed laundry bin after each client. Instruct your client to put their smock in the closed laundry bin. Only you should touch the lid of the bin.

Stylist/Barber must make fresh disinfectant for immersion daily and replace throughout the day if the disinfectant becomes contaminated. Stylist/Barber must remove immersed items at the end of the contact time, rinse the immersed items, and dry items with a paper towel or clean, freshly laundered towel for reuse.

Online booking is available for most services. Note, when you are booking online, you can only book for one person at a time. If you are booking for a group, we recommend giving us a call at 603-643-3764.

Pricing is based on individual client needs. Final pricing will be quoted during service consultation. One complimentary drink is offered with service. Please turn off your cell phone in treatment area. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees. Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Schedule in advance to ensure availability. A credit card is required when booking.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. Appointment cancellations may be done through your online account, or via email at Phone or voicemail requests are not acceptable.

Services are reserved for ages 16 and over. Children may not be present in treatment rooms. Childcare is available with 24-hour notice (currently unavailable due to COVID-19). Standard drop-in rates apply.

Full COVID-19 Vaccination & Active Credit Card Required

All clients who are eligible must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination. Please bring your vaccine card or a picture of it on your phone when you check into your appointment. Additionally, all appointments require an active credit card on file, or the appointment has to be prepaid.

If your appointment is booked without a credit card on file, we will try and contact you via phone/email. If we can’t get ahold of you 1 week before your appointment, the appointment will be released for another client.
