Our COVID-19 Cleaning & Disinfecting Checklist

Use disposable gloves to disinfect between clients, throw gloves away each time.

Clean and disinfect all surfaces, tables, chairs, shields, other equipment, workstations, and common areas between each client.

Disinfect anything the client came in contact with, including electrical implements, cradle, stool, door knobs, side tables, chairs, etc. and following RVC protocols for cleaning and disinfecting.

Do not shake dirty laundry. Put your apron in the closed laundry bin after each client. Instruct your client to put their smock in the closed laundry bin. Only you should touch the lid of the bin.

Stylist/Barber must make fresh disinfectant for immersion daily and replace throughout the day if the disinfectant becomes contaminated. Stylist/Barber must remove immersed items at the end of the contact time, rinse the immersed items, and dry items with a paper towel or clean, freshly laundered towel for reuse.

Our COVID-19 Client Guidelines

We ask all guests/clients to read and follow the guidelines below, to ensure the health and safety of our community.

Please bring a cloth face mask and put it on before you leave your car. You must wear it until you leave the Club building.

Upon arrival into the Club, you will be asked to have your temperature taken (must be below 100F) and asked a few questions about recent travel (can't travel outside of ME, NH, VT within 14 days of your appointment) and if you or anyone you have been in contact with has been suffering from COVID-related symptoms.

The doors to the Club are open. Continue into the Club and check in at the Front Desk.

Please maintain 6 feet away from other people at all times once you leave the car.

No guests are allowed into the Club, please come to your appointment alone.

There are currently no bathrobes available for use, showers are unavailable for non-RVC club members. If you are a member you have to book your shower appointment in the RVC app.

There is currently no sitting area or locker room usage, you will change in the massage room if you are receiving a spa service.

We are currently not offering refreshments. If you would like to have water or other beverages during or after your service, please bring your own.

We are currently not offering couples massages.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full.
